From the North:

• Take Route 12 South to the Faxton Hospital/Burrstone Road exit.
• Follow the signs to the Utica Zoo.
• When you reach the turn for the Zoo, make a left hand turn. You're now on Seymour Ave.
• Go down one block and make a right hand turn onto James Street.
• We're two blocks over on the right.

From the South:

• Take Route 12 North to the Faxton Hospital/Burrstone Road exit.
• Follow the signs to the Utica Zoo.
• When you reach the turn for the Zoo, make a left hand turn. You're now on Seymour Ave.
• Go down one block and make a right hand turn onto James Street.
• We're two blocks over on the right.

From the East:

• Take Route 5S West to the Culver Ave exit.
• Stay on Culver past MVCC (Mohawk Valley Community College), over Memorial Parkway (past all of the fine homes).
• Take a right on Mohawk Street (You'll see a statue of Christopher Columbus)
• Go down one city block and make a left on James Street.
• We're about 5 blocks over on the left.

From the West:

• Take Route 5 East past Sangertown Mall and it will merge into Route 12 North.
• Take Route 12 North to the Faxton Hospital/Burrstone Road exit.
• Follow the signs to the Utica Zoo.
• When you reach the turn for the Zoo, make a left hand turn. You're now on Seymour Ave.
• Go down one block and make a right hand turn onto James Street.
• We're two blocks over on the right.
